TP Sahamit Group Co., Ltd. is a leading national company specializing in building and structure demolition services. With over 15 years of experience in the demolition industry, Mrs. Chom, the founder of TP Sahamit Group, recognized an opportunity to expand the business by selling recycled materials from demolition projects. Recognizing the potential of the recycling business, he attended a training course with a specialized recycling business chamber of commerce.
After completing the training, Mrs. Chom recognized the potential of the recycling business and decided to purchase a franchise from Wong Panit Sukjai. Her decision to choose this particular brand was primarily influenced by Wong Panit Sukjai's long-standing reputation and credibility. Wong Panit Sukjai's motto also aligned well with TP Sahamit Group's vision. Leveraging Wong Panit Sukjai's recycling expertise, Sukjai Branch was established to purchase recyclable materials such as copper, brass, paper, and aluminum cans.
TRADE OF ANTIQUES
License for Dealing in Second-Hand Goods
A licensed second-hand dealer operates in accordance with the law and maintains a record book detailing the type of items, registration numbers, sources, and buyers. This documentation aids in tracing the history of the items. Stores with this license are considered more trustworthy by customers.
TRADE OF ANTIQUES
Factory Operation License
Why do we need a factory operation license?
The requirement stems from legal regulations that mandate a license for factories with machinery of 50 horsepower or more, or with 50 or more employees. The location and building structure must comply with the conditions set by the Department of Industrial Works to address social and environmental impacts. However, some types of factories may be exempt from needing a license.
